Muki Pakesch

Muki Pakesch was born in Graz in 1961. He is a composer, musician and multimedia artist. Pakesch studied percussion at the Johann-Joseph-Fux-Conservatory in Graz, electroacoustics and experimental music at the University of Music and Performing Arts, Vienna, and visual media art at the University of Applied Arts, Vienna. In 1994 Muki Pakesch received the German Video Art Award from the WDR. In 1993 he documented the construction of the new Generali Foundation building in the video “Der Eingang ist: Wiedner Hauptstraße 15”. Muki Pakesch lives and works in Vienna.
