The video consists of one continuous sequence in which I cut holes into a black stocking covering my face. Each “cut” is followed by a short sequence of documentary footage from the series History of Yugoslavia produced and broadcasted by National Television. The video ends when the face is completely uncovered. (Sanja Ivekovic)
